They took the base game and improved on just about every aspect. Story is better paced (you don't have to read the first one to get into this one) the rhythm games are enjoyable, it's much easier to get rewards and upgrade cards. A lot of assets from the base game are included here, but they made improvements on how they're used. My biggest complaint is there isn't a way to share the gacha cards from the base game to this expansion, so you start from scratch when you first download

Thank you obey me for everything you have brought me. I am really glad that I tried out this game 3 years ago. This game has made my life happier, and I even made new friends from the fandom. I am really sad that it's ending, although I don't play much nowadays. I really hope that we can have a chance to meet once again in the future. Thank you, Obey Me.

This is a quintessential "game no-one asked for." Nobody asked to move to a new game. Nobody asked for a rhythm game. Keeping up with two games is too much, playing the old game only means you get no new story, and playing this game only means you don't get to enjoy all the stuff you earned on the original game. There's no winning solution. I ended up burning out and quitting.

This is an Tome game for kids, Asexuals, and Aromantics. If you are looking for actual romance, this isn't it. The first three seasons of the original is and the older cards, but they've completely removed it since then. Update: It hasn't gotten any better. Still just bestie vibes with zero romance. Update! They added dates...for 30 freaking dollars! You have to pay for romance in a romance game! I'm done! I'm ending my subscription today!!!
