It's very easy to use, and it helps to show you what your patterns are and what you could improve.

Useful tool for keeping track of diet and progress. Entering your meals makes you really think about what you're consuming and helps to keep you on track and make the right decisions. The ability to input the exact nutritional value or to scan barcodes of what your consuming would be a great improvement to the app.

The information presented in the App is very basic. Integration with other tracking apps/devices is poor and seems to only update a couple of times a day with no way to force an update. Exercise tracking is poor with no differentiation between actual effort, most apps track WHO activity minutes but this one doenst. The big sell with this program is the personal coaching, however to date I've had nothing except one BOT message asking for details already provided in a survey.

A company that peddles weight loss treatments for the NHS and is offered to patients who are pre-diabetic. If you are in need of losing weight then maybe it will suit you but for those that are already managing weight, eating healthy and exercising it has nothing, from my experience, to offer. The coaches churn out basic advice and many articles are recycled from elsewhere.

Waste of time. Diagnosed with prediabetes, but as I'm not overweight not much point in a referral to a weightless app! Better support and information from Diet Doctor. Very patronizing intro "lesson" No acknowledgement that some of us are prediabetic because of genetics and age not from being fat! Also, very intrusive surveys, more like massive data harvest. I've bought a glucometer and am I doing a low-carb/low sat fat Mediterranean diet and have already reduced my average BG to 5.6 in 2 months
