App ok, timetable useless AF... 3 buses driving behind each other especially number 6, never on time., timetable shows bus arriving in 1 min and stays on 1 min for another 20 min, if you want to get to work on time get the bus day before good luck all

Terrible bus company. They change the bus timetable every so often and completely disregard their passengers. They make life difficult for people. They never reply to feedback. Awful company, avoid if possible, drive yourself if possible.

You can't see the purchase history and all gifted bus passes in the bus app and there is no email verification process to receive gifted bus pass. This is a big problem as my son misspelled his email address (to an invalid /non-exist email address) and he forgot his password, we now can't reset the password as the email address doesn't exist, and we can't log in his bus app which hosted his Annual bus pass. So stressful 😢. I was told to go to Oxford in person to sort this out.

Poor design and very confusing ticket system with some tickets hidden until going deeper into the menus. Better to buy the tickets on the bus.
