Saw the $15 discount for joining and wanted to use it. Filled in all my details, placed an order and went all the way to the payment page but still didn't see the $15 discount. So I logged out and tried to log in, but the app said my pasword was invalid. Touched the reset password link that took me to a webpage, I enter a new password and touched submit but then nothing happened. Decided to uninstall and use a different food delivery app.

Offers so many payment options that just fail. Then I get to the restaurant an hour later and the order hasn't even been processed. Hope I don't need to use this ever again.
