My faith restored, had the Smart Pro V2 fitted Oct 2019 and everything was good until a year ago when gsm kept losing signal then about 2 months ago completely lost so unable to operate anything to the car apart from Bluetooth on app. Booked in at head office and problem eventually resolved. Apparently the alarm downloaded and altered settings to the system blocking the gsm, fingers crossed doesn't happen again but nice to have all functioning once more !!

Alarm fitted earlier today and cannot connect to this app. Advised by Pandora my Samsung s20 5g needs upgrading. I checked the operating system and Bluetooth version. The phone is compatible. Called Pandora and with their assistance I paired the device and all working as it should.

After February 24, when russia invaded Ukraine, this application is practically useless. It's not working, and I can't even call to alarm system's mobile number. It's better to change the alarm system to better one.

The same situation for me as for other customers from Ukraine. They simply turned off the service. It was not even possible to call directly to the car's number which is possible now. Pandora, go to the direction of Russian warship!

Very ubset customer, very bad experience, I payd almost 2 years ago £2000 for Pandora V2 professional, for 2 years no log in app access, download the app I log in, but the app allarm not working good, and don't close my car mirrors !!
