This new app is awesome. The only problem I have is when I first click on the app, the first page comes up and says I have no visits. Then another page immediately comes up right after and has my info. Edit 11/10/24: My previous problem was corrected, not sure how, but corrected. But now I have another annoying issue. Every time I set my filters for some reason, my filters go back to 0-1. This is becoming very annoying. It's happening too often, and it's causing me to miss valuable jobs.

I have only recently started worming with Papa Pals and the app, and so far, everything has been great! I have had no issues with the app itself (Samsung phone for reference) and whenever I've run into situations (like forgetting to start the visit because the member is outside waiting for me) the support line people have been especially helpful. I was little nervous at first but all the members homes I have been to, they have been welcoming and easy to work with. So far, I love it!

After 3 years and 1200 papa visits I can no longer access the platform and have not received any explanation, despite even one official complaint or problem, going on three weeks now.

Working for these people can be rewarding. But if you ever have an issue all you get is automated service. And their background check people told them I didn't have a valid license which I do. They then deactivated my account even though I showed them and their background check people that I had a license. The only support you can get is a chat on a site that you have to have a separate login to. And the app is always watching what you do and where you are going any time you leave your house.
