★★☆☆☆ Not transparent, tried to pay for a few days in advance. Couldn't find any option and when leaving I was forced to pay the full hourly rate for the duration.

At the parking I paid manually to the guy to open because gate was not open automatically, but after that another amount was deducted from apps and what makes worse was they deducted twice in the app! So paid 3 times for one parking. Sent dispute claim 3 times, but they did not refund fully. System is not working at all. Recommendation do not use this app if you want to save your money.
