Great app for everyone especially for multiple day visitors to Victoria. You can prepay days without being on site. Plus if you leave the lot before the time period you paid for, you specify this to the app and the overpayment is refunded. Very easy to use. You do need a credit card.

It's a straight forward app which makes it easy to use. Downsides - charges you .25 fee per session unless you set up an account with them. - you have to purchase sessions in 30 minute increments - you can't input the specific time you would want.

Just another parking app to add to the swamp. This is a white label of the popular Passport app. I tried using just the Passport app to avoid installing yet another parking app but that didn't work. Being a visitor to Victoria, this Park Victoria app will be uninstalled when I leave. Note. If you do not know that it is a free parking day, the app shows an error saying you can't park. I moved parking spots and then went to a pay station to learn that parking was free.
