App is a joke 2000 miles away from work and I can even look up parts looking at cutting my trip short, so I can look up parts not happy with whole experience can't even get part info from call center. Now looking to find another supplier for my parts. Had a rep call me still no resolution to my issue. Have a machine down for 2 days now, probably won't get repaired until a couple of days to a week AFTER I get back. What a joke of an app.

★★☆☆☆ I get a surreal number of notifications. Like three a day. Deleted the app and still they keep filling up in my inbox. I get it. You sell parts. I am aware. Now, LAY OFF THE NOTIFICATIONS!

★★☆☆☆ The app was working great, pretty smooth for a new app, now all sudden it won't let me do anything. Says error, unauthorized........ can't put things in cart, can't pay out of cart won't log in. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled and still hasn't fixed problem. Good app when it works though hope to get it fixed soon.
