It's not a bad app peruse, i just don't understand why I need ANOTHER app for it. I have to have the other app open when shopping anyway, why not fuse the two so i don't have to switch between apps constantly? That would at least add a useful additional function to that app...

I'm an enthusiastic user of Coop self scanning ever since you started with those devices. Before I was only going to Micros. Because of your trust in users I changed. Since the self-scanning app I'm even happier. Only improvement: please put paper bags at the entrance of each store. Don't use much place but increase convenience massively.

This app used to work great - I used it every week. However since some recent update (last 2 weeks) it no longer transfers my purchase to the cash register. I scan all my items and send it to the register - it says it works, but the register shows an error, and I have to res can everything. Please fix!! Samsung A52 Android 12.

After having used the micros app, this here is a big disappointment. Scanning is just too slow. My micros app is much faster. You still have to check out on a device. You still have to wait inline during peak hours. With the micros app you just scan, pay and leave the store without standing behind any queues.

Scanning worked fine, but checkout failed twice : 1) once it somehow lost connection after scanning the QR code at the self-checkout 2) then (after coop personel reset the cash register) the app hang on the screen where I was supposed to chose my payment method (gpay or my stored credit card) Finally I paid manually by card at the self-checkout machine. Pretty disappointing 😐
