★★★★★ Good app the only downside is if a customer is in hospital there isn't a way to do all tasks at the same time you have to do them individually which is very time-consuming in an already busy day

★★★★★ Very good except the repetition of the care notes. Eg, writing under each activity done again and again.(personal care includes incontinent and mouth care as well) Too much paperwork will swallow up the actual care given especially where the patient needs a lot of attention instead of volumes of writing.

★★☆☆☆ It's very important to be able to read previous call notes for clients before visiting them to have a sense of how their day/days, moods etc. have been since you last visited them, you are lucky if I can see 1 or 2 previous visits on the app and I can be off for upto 3 days (days off) at a time or if on holiday upto 11 days, but I can't see what's been recorded whilst I'm off, that will be at least 12 visits (on days off) I can't view or at least 44 visits (if on holiday) that I can't access!!

★★☆☆☆ I don't like this app at all. It's far too time-consuming when time is already tighter than tight!! If you accidentally tick a task you can't change it, If a service user changes their mind you can't change it, if I want to see previous visits, I have to keep loading the page, if I want to go back to see another previous call, it takes me back to the beginning to start over!! Not all previous calls are available to see, meaning I could be missing vital information. Terrible app, too many issues!
