Nice Dutch option, that automatically switches back to French, making the app useless for all the euro scoop customers they acquired. Edit: still happens after last updates, which was supposed to fix flemish translations I can switch from French to english just fine, but if I try to select "Nederland" it just switches to French for some reason.

Ordered tickets, payment issued on my credit card, one month later still not received the tickets!

Dutch version of this app is still 15% French, with entire messages still not translated, QR code for the loyalty card fails to load way too often making you log in and logout (great for the people behind you in line at concessions). I don't understand why they just don't allow you to pick a favorite cinema rather than a geolocation.

Doesn't work well at all! Previous app from LLN Cine scope was flawless, no fail, easy payment and browsing. Nice addition here is reservation of seat, but I have server failure VERY frequently. Must clear app data to restore and retry. Trying web app is similar, so the server seems the problem. Also paying is a nightmare. Why can't we have prepaid account that we can fill from the app to avoid credit card mess? Also, too many pop up, warnings, clicks, clicks, clicks. This could be much better.
