Generally excellent but I booked a recent appointment which was marked F2F or telephone. There was no indication in the booked appointment whether I had booked a face to face or telephone appointment. The only clue is that I was not asked for a telephone number but nevertheless I think the resultant booked information should be more clear.

Used this app on my old phone need to sort it on this phone so much easier need it to obtain my prescription

Now impossible to sign in without an authenticator app or linking your NHS app login (which doesn't work). If you have to link the login, why bother with Patient Access? The only useful feature it has over NHS app is seeing when your next prescription is due. Plus it tries to flog you private healthcare as if this was the most normal course of action for everyone when you can't get a GP appointment. Patient In access more like.

The fact I need to download another app to log in to my patient access account is really annoying. Made accessing the app a real pain.
