This is a great service, I would recommend it to anyone, I had called our vets today about my cat & 1 of her kittens. Then due to mom not keeping food down still & her kitten hardly moving today, it not just being a case of him not weight-bearing on his paw anymore. I saw a lovely vet via video she listened to what I said about them both she looked at them both & said she would be telling our vets that they needed to be seen the next day as I thought I would have to wait a few days for a call bk
