Not easy to use, cumbersome registration process, would be better to have fingerprint registration instead of a pin that needs to be changed every 3 months.

The app requires a SETAR phone number. If SETAR is to evolve into an innovative company this behavior is unacceptable. You can't exclude certain people from your platform nowadays, and all companies have learned this. I suppose SETAR hasn't left 2009 yet....

I have downloaded the app set up and everything but now to select my bank there is only aruba bank, so there is no other banks available.

Does not work nor lets you know how to install while i alraidy had the app it wants you to update but does not let me in....... ps if you change an app. With an update. Don't just shut the old one down without asking, and give an option if the user of the app want it or not. Why fix something that does not need to be fixed. Leave it open as it was. It worked fine. Now I have to go to all these places again to pay manualy.
