原來是 Block-Chain 管理系統，一個 app 綁一個 app 再綁一個 app，綁到最後登入的時候，還是跟我說「資料有誤，請稍後再試」我都快要往生了，在世…… 根本不能用 :( 好難過

帳密全走HTTP明碼傳輸啊，真好真好

早就有用手機號碼申請的網路市民，但下載安裝pay Taipei 後又叫我下載另一個app “我的號碼” 。進去後明明手機滿格卻顯示我的網路不良無法進行手機綁定。整個申請過程又長又臭，一個app 綁一個app ，完全無法使用。看到新聞覺得台北市用意很好，但這個無法使用的app 令人失望。
