Very good service, easy transactions. Yes sometime payment is on hold but after giving information money is realised within 1 day. Just one thing need to improve is support live chat and for transaction limit why to call+44.? And after they will give code to make Vedic call. Just send by email on request. But so far so good.

The worst online financial institution I have experienced. I have created a new account and then topped it up with €400. Unfortunately, they have restricted my account due to suspicion of money laundering 🤣🤣. To solve the problem, they have to undertake a deep investigation which takes generally several months😰😰. Advice: don't top up your accounts with important amounts. You risk losing your time, efforts and even your money with them 😱😱😱

Those people comment this pays era is a thief bank are right because I have not read any comment which said pays era refund his or her money after block or restrict their account My account had been restricted since March 11, 2024, now 9 months they didn't refund my money I sent them tons of message their response is that they are still doing investigation and I can see it in people comment that the same message they do send to me, they do send to them even with wrong allegations sponsor terrorist
