★★☆☆☆ I'm forced to have perpetual credit. I do not want to use this app, but my workplace requires it to be able to park anywhere within 20 minutes of my office, so I had no genuine choice when it comes to 'accepting the terms'. The account automatically tops up, even though I will never use up all the credit as there is no way to get down to $0 credit when I stop using Pay Stay parking sites. This seems like a scam that will earn the company huge $$$ in unclaimed credit.

★★☆☆☆ Although it requires your credit card, they've implemented a wallet concept, so you top up the wallet with your credit card, and then the wallet balance is used to pay for parking. You perpetually have a balance sitting in the wallet as they don't just charge your credit card the exact amount. Was frustrating to use. 2 days back, for some reason the wallet didn't auto top up, so I had to use the machine to pay for parking. Of course, it has now topped up, so I have $8 sitting there.
