Terrible service failed to find 2 old pensions even though I told them pension providers and gave policy number. Have closed account and moved to Pension Bee.

It forces you to agree to transfer pensions to HSBC before giving any indication as to what pensions you have or access your account. The dev says you can cancel the transfers after this stage. How about just not triggering the transfer in the first place? Let me find the pensions and then decide if I want to transfer instead of walling the info off behind a transfer agreement.
