★★★★★ This app is user-friendly for pensioners. Pensioners are very much enjoying their old age problem for submission of life certificate from their bed. No need any help from others, and it is very easy process for submission life certificate. All older age pensioners are requested to try this process for easier their life.

★★★★★ It is a good app. But the life certificate details in the app are required to updated viz video life certificate and unemployment certificate active with the period viz from 01/11/2024 to 31/10/2025 as video life certificate has been accepted by sbi team on 02.11.2024. This review was given on 05/11/2024. On opening of the app on 09/11/2024, 10 11.2024,11.11.2024,12.11.2024 and today(13.11.2.24) it appears that update not yet done. It is requested to kindly updated the same. Not yet updated.

★★☆☆☆ I am trying to logg in to this app and every time I try to logg in its shows logg in failed. Its really problematic for me.

★★☆☆☆ No update service in this app, so please update this app and also not change the last year life certificate date not change in pension Seva app in mobail.

★★☆☆☆ This app does NOT SHOW pension details received from EPFO to an SBI account. Why? Should be looked into.
