I have been using it for long time. Recently decided to upgrade to paid version. Ironically, today I have been noticing (2 times already) that I am editing an entry for 30 minutes, then closing it, opening again later and changes are not saved- I deleted those two entries. Very disappointing. I wouldn't like to migrate elsewhere please fix it. And no help center or contact info in the app, and I don't have access to computer for some time.

Journal entries are frequently deleted. I've found that entries are frequently not saved. You could write a long journal entry and "poof" it's all gone. So I started saving as I wrote only to find that sometimes the entries are STILL NOT SAVED. I'm so disappointed and there's no Penzu support personnel to address this with. I do not recommend Penzu at all because entries are randomly not saved when you attempt to save them.

My favorite journaling app I purchased the Pro+! I use it mainly on my mobile for convenience, the desktop version runs perfectly. I dread using the mobile version because it takes FOREVER to load. I cleared my cache & counted the time it takes to open a journal. It was 86 seconds. It takes almost 2 minutes to open a new or previous journal. That's a big inconvenience that needs to be fixed ASAP. I hope it can be worked out without the customer having to pay more for it. 🤞
