People have the wrong ideal about this Pet link App. I have a professional account with Pet link for my dog rescue. I put in one of my rescues microchip number and his information popped right up. This app is not designed for individual pet owners. That is why you all are getting a red screen. Read the details of the app!!! I love pet link. Returned my pet numerous times BUT the app needs work. To get in not only do u need your username and password but your pets chip number. Once I finally found it I got past that, but the next stage was a black pink page. Also, I forgot my password so I tried to reset it, but it said page not found. Lots of bugs. My son can do better job building this app.

I downloaded the app logged in but when I put in the microchip number the screen goes red and nothing else happens. No point in an app you can't use. Very disappointed
