★★★★★ The app is fantastic and a great way to communicate with the vet surgery without having to phone up 😁

★★★★★ Pet App is great for me as I work 12hr shifts and can't always wait to stay on the line to book appointments or reorder medications. The layout is simple, and it's quick and easy to use

★★☆☆☆ STILL getting spammed with text messages from this app. Devs, you need to confirm phone numbers entered because if the user puts in mine by mistake I get messages with no way of doing anything about it.

★★☆☆☆ Basic. Impossible to delete the (way too many) notifications. Tap on the wrong bit, and it starts a msg and again impossible to delete that. Good idea but woefully poor execution. Developed by a 12-year-old without a second of beta testing?

★★☆☆☆ Address not listed and can't enter it manually? Makes the app pretty useless as you can't get past the create an account. Zero stars is not an option either!!!!!

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't send push notifications even though it's set to on. I've been unaware of notifications to collect medication and only found out when I called the vets. Several appointments have never shown up on the app, I can't say who's to blame for that is it the vets systems not integrating correctly with the app? I have a notification from last year I can't click on to clear it from my list. Most reviews are about vets not the app which is muddying the true reviews concerning the app!
