Overall, love the app generally. It makes it easy to purchase and pick up my order in store. I also love that I can now book my own doggie day camp appointments. From a user experience perspective, can you get rid of the vaccination pop-up! It is such an annoying step to have to click through that. Perhaps, if you don't have current vaccinations for a pet, remove the option for a user to book (gray it out) and require the user to contact the store.

I still like using this app, It is convenient for me, but I have a complaint to make and that is every time you guys do an update on the app it gets very glitchy, and I'm not comfortable with it, I want to see pictures of what I actually buying like I did before the update. Bloody hell guys, please fix it

I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from Pet Smart go to Chewy! I placed an order while out of town for more cat food to be sent overnight because they were out. The person taking care of my cats didn't see the packaging until after feeding my cats then noticed it was actually dog food! I paid for 2 bags of cat food but got 1 bag of dog food spent almost $40. I tried contacting Pet Smart but no response. I now have to find the time to take this to an actual store for a refund.

Does this app not work in Canada? It allows me to pick the correct store near me, but will only accept American addresses to make a purchase.....

Terrible company, terrible app. Grooming appointment days and times are ALWAYS incorrect. You find that out after you've made your booking from a rude associate. You're then forced to make your appointment on the days the associate gives you. I wouldn't use this app to call for help if I was being murdered. What's the point of an app you can barely use? 1 star is TOO generous to rate this app/company.

App is so slow and glitchy. So annoying. Sometimes I jsut have to go to the regular website on Google just so it works to place a buy online pickup order!
