Used to work great... I do not know what happened, but will not connect to machine to show progress... disappointing

Tldr: Monitor feature is awesome, Design Placement is awful. Monitor: works great, informing me of the progress of my embroidery stitch-out very accurately, and notifying me when the thread color needs to be changed promptly. Design Placement feature: when the hooped fabric is set as Hoop Background, the image is in terribly low resolution, and worse than that, the image is not aligned to the hoop at all. I hope an improvement is on the horizon when icon 2 comes along.
