It was fairly easy to set up. But there is not an option to add and enroll an additional card. To enroll in paperless doesn't work, and peek view doesn't work but other than that it is a decent app.

The app was not the easiest to find. The website just redirects you to the play store, but not to the exact app. You must search for, "PFCP", to find it in the play store. Other than that, the app itself seems to run smoothly so far.

HSBC sold my credit card to this company. They appear to be a startup. The app barely has 5000 downloads and customer service is nonexistent.

Extremely disappointed with the delay and lack of thoroughness with the email alerts. The email alerts arrive several days following, and do not state the date, place, or dollar amount of the purchase because these options aren't available. My suggestion would be to send email alerts at the same time as the purchase is made, e.g. As requested, we're notifying you that on (date) at (location) a pending authorization or purchase in the amount of ($ dollar amount) was charged on your credit card.
