This happend during registration, so I did not click on another site or some icon and I can not find nowhere on the page a place to refuse the offer and continue on with registration. Either they do not know what is in thier software or when he says the phone app does not need a credit card he is telling a hslf truth, the phone app does not need a credit card the registration and the movie streaming does.
