Chris Barrett seen at Teams Medical Practice, has been outstanding in advice on a fractured scaphoid in left hand which the hospital X-rays missed twice and Chris saw this on the X-rays and got me an appointment regarding this at the hospital. Recently Chris has been supporting me with back issues and trying to get an appointment with TIMS as their website is very frustrating, ringing can't get through. I still have support from Chris until I see TIMS which is very reassuring.

This app is much worse after the January 2025 update. The soothing human narrator has been replaced by a harsh AI voice that reads the instructions with inappropriate urgency. I feel like I've accidentally clicked on a misinformation video. It's really hard to concentrate on my movements while a cheap robot rushes through her lines.

Not sure if some of this is my physio not setting up correctly, but I have instructions in the note from my physio to do exercises every other day, but the app then shows I am only meeting 50% of target which is demoralizing. I would be good to have the option to add notes / mark exercises as partially done (or at least give each a rating, e.g., I struggled with this today, this was doable today, this was really easy today).
