Please Consider The only disappointing point of note is that there are not (sufficient amounts of) diagrams which one would find as beneficial / essential in guiding the user with how the exercise should be conducted / performed, albeit that the written instructions are very good, pictures of the exercise would make the app complete.

Recommended Great that you can save individual exercises into your own personalized program! I’ve started taking the app to my physio appointments and getting my physio to save the exercises into My Program. Perfect for injury rehab.

Mediocre The App interface is not very pretty (seems to be built using iPhone design and semi-baked interface elements). The content is not organized in a way where you can have different programs saved (only one). For having a shop built into the app, this should be a free app.

Refund please I really feel scammed. For such a pricey app, I would expect more than just a few basic stretches that anyone could just google. I went through the whole app, and there wasn't a single stretch or exercise that I hadn't already known through common sense. I won't mind removing my review of you would allow a refund.
