I'm happy with the app so far, for someone who stays in the hood, the hours it takes them to deliver is the hours I would have spent outside, and I don't want to be outside. Also, the trick is to order in the morning, and not when you're desperate. 90% of my orders are delivered in less than 90 min coz I would have spent more time if I had gone to the shop myself. And honestly, you cannot compare the app to a takeout outlet delivery service, it takes time to find item in all this aisle

This app has been a lifesaver and an anxiety aid. I struggle with crowds, and knowing that I have the same in-store specials on the app is amazing. Even more amazing, there are in-app specials that I wouldn't find in the store, and that makes life so much better. The drivers are mostly good. I had only 1 bad experience, but Pick n Pay resolved the issue the same day. Great app 👌

WORST APP EVER... I PLACED MY ORDER AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY BUT NOTHING WAS DELIVERED NOTHING HAPPEND AT ALL, THEY STILL WANTED TO ME TO PAY AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APP I SHOULDN'T EVEN RATE WITH ANY STAR AT ALL.

When I place order it show estimate time for delivery. After payment was made then it changed to the next day if happen now 2/3 times this year. Today my order was cancelled, and the shop did not even call. I called and customer care. She called the PnP hyper shop. The shop said they don't have any working scanners. The should say orders can be made of delivery or something. 3 Very bad experience this already for 2025 PnPasap app. What are you going to doing to resolve this problem?
