★★★★★ Amazing. I will never go to a supermarket again if they keep it like this. Good prices, family-friendly recipes, convenience goods. Amazing.

★★★★★ Best service I've seen so far. For me a big plus is being able to plan my meals for the week. There are some really good recipes. Would be awesome if I could also add my own recipes and dishes including ingredients to the cookbook. Delivery was fast and very friendly. Love that I don't have to deal with the empty bottles. Great job!

★★★★★ We tried Picnic during Covid for the first time and were not impressed. Low assortment, a lot of plastic and expensive. We gave it a try again about a year ago, since then we do our weekly groceries only with Picnic. Great (always growing) assortment, good bundle offers, delivery with short lead time for free, exchanging Soda stream cylinders. I wish they used less plastic for veggies! And I am not satisfied with the quality of the fruit. But generally, I recommend Picnic over other home delivery.

★★☆☆☆ There is very limited options for the country code when inputting phone number. If your country code is not listed you cannot continue in the app. If people want to use the app when traveling to Germany or France on vacation it is not possible because the phone number is needed. Also allowing a language change independent of a country change would be very helpful. Apps like Lieferando do this by offering German language in France or an English option for example.

★★☆☆☆ I missed my order, that part is on me. The very intermittent support contact and a lack of drivers, I did not like though. I ordered groceries in bulk because I am unable to pick them up from a location... Now I will receive a partial refund, since it wasn't possible to reschedule the delivery. I will go somewhere else for my groceries.
