★★★★★ App needs improvement. To return to order takes you back to beginning. Location should be automatically detected. Order from slipway last night. N my order this morning was from a different location n driver went to slipway. Riders need to read messages too. As I messaged as soon as I realized mistake in location but was told he didn't read

★★★★★ App is good, anyone can use it, but my advice to staff members is that, if there is a possibility visit the place of a person who needs to work with PIKI before a contract, then set the system of auto rejection to repeated order details which goes together with customer details to avoid the failure of the order. Thank you and hope my advice will be taken in to consideration.

There's one bug however if fixed, it'd be cool, well apart from embedding an option to pay by card, my issue is that when you're on home interface, i.e. "All" and go to "food" section then choose an object (a restaurant in this matter), but then decided to go back and choose another object... the app doesn't take me back to "food" section where I was but all the way back to "all" at the very beginning to start all over again. It's an easy fix.

★★☆☆☆ This app has disappointed me so many times now, non-effective. Bad communication with the shops or restaurants. Last order I received information about that the restaurant could not prepare the food I order, one hour after the order. It means the food was not even starting to prepare after one hour. They call from service to say I'm sorry, every time I do order. One of the orders did not even come with the things I order, and no information was given. Before they arrived.so bad ! Not recommended

★★☆☆☆ This is my third time ordering through the app, and once again, I've received my food over 1.5 hours late, and it's cold. Last time, I called the restaurant after an hour of ordering, and they said the food was ready for pickup 10 minutes prior. However, I ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes to receive it. I strongly recommend everyone either pick up their food themselves or opt for delivery directly from the restaurant.
