First impression: the UI is very beautiful. It's so beautiful, in fact, that the UX suffers... That's because it makes the interface harder to click on and less intuitive. However, the app worked flawlessly for me. As a Polish speaker, I can attest that the translation is imperfect but sufficient. I love the Bilk om service, which makes everything so much simpler and even cheaper with the combined tickets.

App shows wrong times (wrong time zone I guess). Told PKP Informatica, they don't care, no reply, no fix

I'm giving it 2 stars because I just spent and hour trying to figure out why there was an hour difference between the trains on the app and online. The app seems to be using the time in the country I'm in, Ukraine. But tomorrow I won't be in Ukraine I'll be in Poland. Does the ticket time then change as well. It confusing and illogical, time is everything when travelling especially with public transport.

Intercity is the worst train company in the country. Instead of selling tickets inside the train for the same price (you can't buy it in advance because their trains are very often late), they charge a fee of PLN 20 for this so-called "service" and it gives them money to hire useless staff to create these useless apps.

Cannot log in with Bilk om account. The login button does not react. Update: Aside from the login issue, nothing else works either.

Very misleading app. It doesn't show train connections in the local time, but in the device time/time zone. Completely ridiculous.
