★★☆☆☆ They say it's all free but right after you add all the info to search a plate the page that requires you to purchase a plan appears, SMH. What happened to free? Not free, more like FEE! Just another sucker app!

★★☆☆☆ Don't know its value; attempted to get me to purchase a subscription "before" I had a chance to evaluate it. That was very unacceptable and not professional. Only gave it one star, because it seemed to the only way to register my complaint and make others aware. Update to Platenger LLC's Response to My Comments: I have absolutely no opinion about the actual value or reliability of your app. My only concern was for your attempt to get a person to "purchase" the app before a proper evaluation.

★★☆☆☆ I waited for 10 minutes and your app did not stop moving and thinking about what and where to look. I did however look up in my history another plate finding out, and it found all my information for me, so I'm asking for my money back
