Very bad customer service .... and this is not first time it happens all time. There customer care don't reply for dayssss... i canceled an order on 19th april and till 4 may refund ot recived . After messaging on WhatsApp and emailing several times got reply to get refund in 5–7 days and till date I have not got same ... and now someone from plix calling and saying they have don't refund and they can't do anything contact bank and bank said contact merchant .... super pathetic customer care
