★★★★★ Works really well, only takes like a minute to generate the stories and then load them to the bear. My daughter loves it. App and bear are super easy to use and works perfectly on our phones and tablets. Only thing we didn't understand was the story tokens and how to get more since the app doesn't show you. Outside of that, it's the perfect gift for my kid.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely awful cannot connect get past the waiting for poe to connect validation screen

★★☆☆☆ Stuck on the "Waiting for Poe to connect" screen even when the lights on the bear tell me it's connected. The app fundamentally does not work. Without that, the product is landfill fodder. Absolute scam, shame on you.

★★☆☆☆ I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. Poe worked for the first 2 days, now it will not connect to Bluetooth, and it keeps playing the beginning of the same story repeatedly and then shuts off. This was a waste of my money and if I had kept the package it came in I would have returned it. Such a waste. This was not a good buy and not worth the money I paid. Expensive bear for it to be just a bear now and it don't tell stories.
