While they policy bazaar need to sell policy to customer the call so much. But at a time of claim there is no any support. You tried to contact this just told to wait every time new person. Every time you need to make him understand your problem. You spend all time on phone. No solution no support. It is just a scam one kind of.

Worst Experience I have ever faced. They take payment first and after taking payment they will say there are some technical issues either in KYC or something else. They also do false promises and give you false deadlines. I have applied for car insurance renewal on 10th Feb 2025 and still I did not get my insurance copy. I will not recommend anyone to take any type of policy from policy bazaar. They don't deserve even 1-star rating.
