Frustrating login process!! They said the username is nowhere to find but then when I created a new account using the username it said there is an account using the username. Really, really frustrating company full of retarded human resources!!

Bad app design, I was registering today and then the process cut short after registering password due to my phone connection dropped, when I get back to app then try login, app said there is already another device sign on and I can't even sign on, even when the password is correct. If registering process already this tedious, I can't even imagine what it was like on daily transaction.
