★★★★★ This is the first app I see from Post that has good UX. It looks really good and is intuitive/easy to use. It also does what it says on the tin (since the notifications were fixed). One thing that would improve the experience: flag a parcel as "taken out" as soon as the code is correctly entered. When taking out several packages that would make it a bit easier to keep track.
★★★★★ Very useful for retrieving Pack Up parcels. Would be nice if the app allowed for easier/quicker opening of the Pack Up stations. (e.g. have a geo-fenced "open" button in the app, or have the app show a QR code that the station can scan to get the codes instead of having to type them, ...)
★★★★★ The app is stable again in version 2.19, so I am a happy customer. No longer logs me out and loading times have been improved. Well done Post !
★★☆☆☆ "You have been disconnected": every time I open the app, it fores me to log in again. I am not opening the app every day, but it is very annoying that I have to re-login if I don't open the app for a few weeks
★★☆☆☆ Like other users, I'm getting logged out every couple of days, which is very annoying. The option "don't ask again on this device" does not work correctly. Please fix this. Otherwise, the app is OK.
★★☆☆☆ Since the addition of the unnecessary LuxID the app is a nightmare. Using my LUX Trust app fails as it closes the app after I approve, and copy and paste of my TOTP code takes several attempts. Please remove LuxID and revert to standardized authentication.
