Waited 45 min for a verification (estimated time 15 min) only for it to cancel because it was now outside service hours. Next day I waited 30 min only for the person to have a black screen, claim via chat they can't see or hear me and hang up instantly. Absolutely useless and the biggest waste of time ever. I've done plenty of other verification processes that worked immediately without the need for an app. This one is just an insult and designed entirely to frustrate you.

I don't know how this app got 4,6! The feedback the app provides is useless in my case. I tried uploading my document (Aufenthaltstitel), but it just says: "not supported document". Then after trying again with a different category (not a "national card" anymore), the app decided to say my driving license was "not supported", even though before it was. Hä? Easier to just do an in-person verification. In my case I needed it for car sharing. It took so many hours just to get "not supported"...

Very bad and rude call center agents sitting for identification. I got connected to an agent whose name was Mihail Mergeloski, he was very rude to me, he was screaming, he was very unfriendly and unprofessional and then just hung up on my face.
