Doesn't work - everyone just ignore all your application, no one send any answers, no one update the status of application. I send maybe ~1000 application per year, 5% status - odrzucone, other 95%, no one will contact with you, no one will send you information why you don't match with company, everyone uses A-Z system of filtration application, so no chance to find a work for people, who have litera S surname like me. 0/1000 match. Hundreds of 100% match applications were lost. Use analog

I honestly thought this app would be much better when I saw their advertisements. I have sent more than cv to a 100 companies through this app and haven't even got a single call or mail or at least a rejection mail which shows me the status of my cv after reaching to them. I think this app is just waste because when I was using other job searching apps like LinkedIn I got calls and atlest information through mail providing info status of our cv either rejected or selected.
