★★★★★ User-friendly app that guides you through programs that actually work. I've been using the hand/wrist rehab and the running prehab and am I seeing great results. Highly recommend!

★★★★★ Have had pain from a hip impingement. I have tried a lot of other things and exercises, and nothing as worked. After about a month of doing the hip rehab program, I went from having daily pain to only having it when I do aggravating movements. So it has definitely worked for me!

★★☆☆☆ The subscription says you have 7 days free trial on a yearly subscription. According to the terms, you will not be charge if you cancel the subscription before 7 days. Unfortunately, they will charge once you start your yearly subscriptions. They need to update their app regarding with the free trial and terms to avoid confusion.

★★☆☆☆ I found the description of the app, and it's application to my situation is not a good match. I've requested refund, so I can get a different app but crickets. So beware don't get this app if there's any chance it isn't ideal for your situation. Disappointed no one has followed up.
