★★★★★ Amazing app with even better workouts. Brilliant instructional videos to help improve technique in main lifts like swings, snatch and Jerk. Workouts fun and extremely well planned, so you don't overtrain or work 2 muscle groups back to back. Tons of content with really well put together follow along videos for all levels. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in starting out or looking to improve kettle bell training.

★★☆☆☆ There is nothing except screenshots (exactly what you see here) of menus until you buy a subscription. Totally useless, as it doesn't even let you see if it's worth paying for.
