This app is so stupid I've tried to qualify for a project I answer the same questions over and over only to be told I don't qualify for the project I don't believe I will ever qualify for a project because one I'm just going to delete my account because I don't know exactly what this is, but it's fake. If I could leave zero Stars I would leave zero, but I have to leave one in order to leave a review

The new updates cause a lot of lag. I will get notifications in my email and on my phone that show me new projects are available, but when I go on the app it's never there. I refresh, I close out the app, I have even restarted my phone, and it still doesn't show up. It's very frustrating. At times, after qualifying for a project, it won't refresh, and it's stuck in the qualifying phase. "Sorry! You have already taken this survey ". I miss a lot of opportunities due to the poor app performance.

I've completed multiple projects and have yet to receive credit, I only received emails stating they have received them, It's past 10 business days and customer support is non-existent, you can only chat through a bot that cannot provide any solutions, it is also hard to complete most projects because the app constantly lags, and you will have to keep refreshing the page.
