I cannot enable the warm-up function in the app. The charger consistently fails to restart charging. The charger unit will not work with my variable tariff electricity supply (Intelligent Octopus) and my car fails to charge during the off-peak period. All other settings are as per recommendations (plug and play). Colleagues of mine have the same set-up and with the warm-up function enabled, it works perfectly! Why won't warm up function enable!!!

Simply doesn't work. Won't connect to charger and keeps asking for permissions the app already has. Luckily the charger works without the app and my car has its own remote charging functions. The requirement for a bunch of contact and personal information from the homeowner AND installer is also really weird...

Unreliable. I, too, have issues with connection to the charger. Almost being late for work in more than one occasion because the car has not charged as set. It must be improved! And the email to send correspondence to does not work!

This app will not work to charge my car at the off-peak rate at half past midnight. It can start charging now, but not delayed charging. There is no way to bypass the app to network access the unit directly. Projected support seem clueless. Update - I am installing a Wi-Fi controlled fuse box switch to turn this on and off, this may help you too if you are unfortunate enough to have bought projected.
