The Proof App is great! It's a terrific supplement to my existing process serving business, and the payouts are very competitive. The Proof App takes care of everything for me. I can pick my documents up at any FedEx Office for free! The app keeps a record of all my attempts, keeps records of my payouts, and generates the affidavits for me to Certify right on the app. Some affidavits to need notarized, but they are easily uploaded to the website. Speaking of payouts, they are paid to me directly to the card I have on file with the app within 3-5 of the job closing! No more waiting weeks or months to get paid for a job! I never have to chase my payments down, and they are all listed in my app with an estimate payout date. The payouts are very competitive when compared to process serving companies. One of the best features is the chat feature, which allows me to communicate directly with the attorney requesting service and the Proof Manager. The Managers are great and very helpful. I have worked with other process serving companies, and it can be very difficult to get help on a job sometimes. The only complaint I have is that when I get a chat message, the notification does not take me to the correct job. So I have to check my active jobs to see which ones have a new chat. Also, the app does not seem to have an "offline" mode, so if I'm in an area with no reception I have to go to an area where I do have service to enter my attempt. However, my overall experience has been positive. Bring on the papers!

I hate that I have to rate this app 1 star! I actually like and prefer this company over many others that I use, but this app is absolutely terrible! Constantly crashing, hardly EVER sends notifications for Jobs (which is the worst part). Since the last update, I have not received any job notifications in 4+ weeks. I really don't understand how this isn't fixed when so many people are having the same issues.

On my Samsung app store I started reading the reviews, and they didn't look so promising as people seemed to have all sorts of problems. So I installed the app anyway, but all it does is take me straight to a sign-in page. I can't even sign up. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and even cycled through my phone by turning it off but the same thing. Yeah, I hope this isn't the way that process serving is going because that would really stink.
