This app is garbage. The User Experience is third class as well as the company in general. Auto debit seldom works even when it is set up correctly resulting in delay charges for no fault of Customer. In the Loan Application Area, there is a Pay EMI button, clicking on which takes you to a detailed page for that Loan where you see all the scheduled EMIs and in the Status column, even the current date is past EMI due date, it still shows 'Upcoming' and there is no option/button to actually pay.

One of the most pathetic App and company I am experiencing. Never ever use either. And if you use it then get ready to be harassed.

App is of no use once loan application is processed. Customers care is far worst. Not even worth 0 stars, both app and company.

Trying to make payment for past 5 days. No customer care. Chraging money on UPI transactions. Debit card charges are too high... pathetic
