This company is absolutely horrible. They changed my service plan to reflect. Bring your own device then 3 weeks after they change my service plan I had an incident with a cracked screen. I tried to file a claim with them. They argued with me about what device was on my plan. Tried to tell me the device on my plan was the device I hadn't had in 2 years even though they changed my plan on the day I got my new device to reflect. Bring your own device plan. They still have not covered my claim.

Shipped a replacement device that wouldn't turn on. Followed it up with an overnight replacement that took 4 1/2 days to arrive. When asked why, I was told they don't do shipping, yet the device didn't even get ordered till the next business day and then say for 24 more hours before moving. I asked supervisor #1227 why I even use them for insurance and the reply was..... "I don't know". 12 years of using assurant for a family. Calculated to over $12,000 in fees. Replaced 4 phones.
