I registered 6 brand-new fuel injectors for an N54 engine with this app and saved this car from being scrapped at a junkyard from the previous owner. It's now my car and runs proper! Thank you. One thing I'd like to request from the creator of the app is had this Protocol app on the Apple Store. Is that possible? I've had the same phone for 6 years (S8) and will be buying potentially an iPhone 13. But I didn't see it on the Apple Store. If it's not possible I'll look for a newer android phone.

Good App backed by excellent customer service. I've reached out to their customer service many times and have always had a response within minutes, the app is great if you own a bmw and like to work on it yourself, the coding options are very streamlined and easy to understand. All the features you need to diagnose and code your car are in this app, very much worth it for the master license.

App UI/UX is rather crude and confusing, and functionality is middling. Prior to purchasing this software license, I emailed Bimmergeeks customer service asking them explicitly if the app would allow me to check OBD Readiness. Their response was "Yes, the app can do that. Drivetrain > Engine > Functions > OBD Readiness." Simple, right? I forked over my $159 investment. Unfortunately, the app doesn't do that! There is quite literally no such function within the app. Over the course of the month that followed, Bimmergeeks’ customer service told me on 3 separate occasions that an update was coming for the app within the next 24 hours that would provide the missing functionality. However, the functionality never came; and despite the deception (whether intentional or just negligent), Bimmergeeks was uninterested in doing anything about it. Further, if you look back at old reviews on the Play Store, you'll see a Nov 6, 2019 review, to which the developer responded stating that OBD Readiness functionality was already within the app. That's 47 months ago, and the functionality still isn't there today! OBD Readiness is a pretty basic functionality—it can be checked with a $20 standalone diagnostic tool from Amazon or a free trip to Autozone. Nevertheless, I’m sure many people may find enough value in this software to justify its cost despite its shortcomings. But, if you’re looking for a “pro tool” and you think you’re going to get that here for $159, you may want to keep looking. You may well save yourself a lot of time and headache.

Protocol Bluetooth Adapter is out of stock for a while. And it doesn't connect to other OBD adapter such as Deepak. They should either make it compatible with other adapters or get there in stock. Else what's the point of this app being fantastic as people claim.
