★★★★★ This app makes buying and using tickets for the T so easy. I'm actually shocked at how efficient it is. I pair this with Google Maps to check on the train schedules, and it's made my commute literally seamless.

★★☆☆☆ Good app, needs more features and bug fixes! Port authority needs to stop charging $100 a month for a bus pass when the bus drivers don't even show up, or they are just nasty towards customers! We're tired of it. A bus driver was being very rude to me and hurt another customer by telling me to get off the bus. He squished an old man 👴 behind the bus door 3 times. The poor old man was screaming 😱. This is unfortunate and unacceptable behavior 😔.

★★☆☆☆ This app tells you nothing about your bus schedule, or if a bus has been delayed or canceled. Today I arrived at my stop 5 minutes before my bus was scheduled to arrive, and nothing. So I had to wait 45 minutes for the next bus, which never came either. No indication that the route was canceled, and all the customer alerts were relating to other construction projects in the area at the time, such as the one on the Mon incline. Just another testament to how unreliable PRT is. SMH

★★☆☆☆ The app works only for buses and deliberately disables autofill, so you can't save the password in the password manager or use GPay info to autofill your credit card.

★★☆☆☆ Just let me search for destinations and then show me the bus route and stops on the map. I'm trying to find what bus to take to get to a Walmart or someplace else and I don't know the bus route and street address yet
